The Eleva method
From a business challenge to a working solution
Every project starts by understanding what needs to change. We set priorities, design the solution, coordinate implementation and review how it works in practice, with clarity on scope, owners and next steps.
Our starting point
First, we understand the context
You may come with an idea for a platform, a process you need to automate or an interest in AI. The initial request helps us start, but we also need to understand the goal, the users, the existing systems and the operating conditions.
That conversation separates the problem from the imagined solution and defines work that answers the real need.
Questions that guide the start
- What does the organization need to achieve?
- What happens today and where does friction appear?
- Who takes part in the process?
- What tools and information exist?
- What constraints, dependencies or deadlines apply?
- How will we know the intervention was useful?
A path with clear decisions
The stages
- 01
Assessment
We identify the challenge and its conditions
We review the process, digital assets, systems and relevant information. We listen to the people who know the operation and compare the need with what's available today. It can be a short stage or a standalone engagement when you first need to decide what to do.
Outcome: Problem, goal, users, starting point, constraints and opportunities.
- 02
Strategy and prioritization
We choose where to start
We organize findings and propose a path: what to solve first, what depends on third parties, what can be phased and how progress will be reviewed. It may produce a functional map, an initial architecture, a digital strategy or an implementation plan.
Outcome: Scope, priorities, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
- 03
Solution design
We turn strategy into a buildable structure
We design journeys, processes, content, technical components or automation workflows, and validate key decisions with your team. For a product: prototypes and architecture. For automation: the process map and its exceptions. For growth: messages, channels, conversion and measurement.
Outcome: How the solution will work and what each part needs to run.
- 04
Implementation
We build, connect and validate
We develop the features or activate the agreed components in deliveries that let us review progress and confirm each part meets scope. We coordinate integrations and dependencies with your owners or vendors.
Outcome: The in-scope solution, its configuration, testing and documentation.
- 05
Launch and evolution
We watch real-world performance
We prepare the launch and review findings that emerge with use. Based on goals and available data, we identify adjustments and next phases. Support and maintenance are defined explicitly in each proposal.
Outcome: Performance, adoption, issues and improvement opportunities.
Clarity throughout the project
Visibility to make decisions on time
The way we work adapts to scope, but we always aim for you to have clarity on:
Goal
What problem we're solving.
Scope
What each phase includes and which deliverables to expect.
Owners
Who decides and who executes each part.
Progress
What's done, what's next and what needs validation.
Dependencies
Which access, content or answers other teams must provide.
Review criteria
How we confirm a delivery meets what was agreed.
Ways to work together
We engage according to what the project needs
Assessment and roadmap
To evaluate the situation, weigh alternatives and set priorities before implementing.
Fixed-scope project
To build a product, integration, automation or digital initiative with agreed deliverables and stages.
Phased implementation
To move forward progressively, validate a first solution and plan its evolution from what we learn.
Ongoing support and optimization
To review an implemented solution, handle improvements and guide next decisions. Duration and responsibilities are agreed separately.
Collaboration
We connect the people who know the business with the people who build the solution
The best results require the people who understand the process, manage the systems and will use the solution. That's why we agree on counterparts and validation moments.
If a CRM vendor, an internal IT team, sales leads or external partners are involved, we identify from the start which information and decisions depend on each. Eleva coordinates its scope and makes dependencies visible.
How we measure
Indicators depend on the challenge
Not every project is judged by the same metric. During definition we agree on which indicators matter, what data exists and who can provide it.
- PlatformUsage and performance
- AutomationProcess continuity and time spent on tasks
- GrowthQuality and progress of sales opportunities
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a requirements document before contacting you?
No. You can come with a goal or an identified problem. We help you organize the need and determine what information is missing to define scope.
Can you do only the assessment?
Yes. The assessment can be a standalone engagement that delivers findings, alternatives and a roadmap before you decide on implementation.
Do you work with the tools we already have?
We first review the tools your organization uses and their technical possibilities. When it makes sense, we design the solution around what already exists.
Who should take part from our company?
It depends on the project. Usually we need a decision-maker and access to the people who know the process, the users or the systems involved.
Is support included after launch?
Support, maintenance and evolution terms are specified in each project proposal so scope and timelines are clear.
